Assessments are a GREAT tool to use to help your clients achieve their goals and a great element to be able to include in your package (and your ultimate result system!).
The cost for the training through TTI (who we order our assessments through) is quite costly and also requires an annual fee. So, we offer our own training and ability to order assessments directly through us at a discounted wholesale coach rate.
You can choose to be trained in DISC assessments only, EQ assessments only, Motivators only OR get trained in all three for a discounted rate.
The cost of the training also includes an assessment for whichever training(s) you choose to go through.

DISC:
Three objectives of providing a debrief of a DISC (BEHAVIORS) assessment are to assist the client in:
- Identifying and appreciating their own behavioral style.
- Identifying and appreciating the DISC behavioral styles of others.
- Learning to use the strengths of their personality style to create superior performance.
- Increasing self-awareness
EQ:
The EQ assessment provides insight into five areas of emotional intelligence:
Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Motivation, Empathy & Interpersonal Skills.
These are all very important in the success for any client.
The EQ assessments helps the client in:
- Knowing what's going on INSIDE of them
- Knowing what's going on between them and others
- Provides development suggestions for each of the five areas of emotional intelligence.
A popular quote when it comes to EQ is that "CEO's get hired for their IQ and get fired for their lack of EQ".
MOTIVATORS:
Three objectives of providing a debrief of a Motivators assessment is to assist the client in:
- Identifying and appreciating what motivates them (so huge!)
- Identifying and appreciating the motivators the client is indifferent to
- Establishing how the client's goals coincide with their motivators
